NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency will release NEET result by 1 pm as per latest news. The NEET exam result 2020 will be declared in online mode on October 12. NTA NEET 2020 results will be updated on official result website- ntaneet.nic.in. Candidates must use their roll number and date of birth to check their NEET 2020 result. The NEET final answer key 2020 is all set to be released anytime soon by NTA for all the sets (E1- E6, F1- F6, G1-G6, H1-H6) followed by the NEET result.

NEET Result will be announced with the NEET rank list 2020. NTA will release the NEET 2020 rank list for 15% All India quotaas well as the rank lists for the respective 85% state quotas.

NEET 2020 was conducted on September 13, 2020 for admissions to 80,005 MBBS in 542 medical colleges , 26,949 BDS in 313 colleges, 52,720 AYUSH in 914 colleges plus BVSc & AH seats in various colleges across India. 1205 AIIMS MBBS and 200 JIPMER MBBS seats will also be added to the NEET 2020 seat matrix.

NTA is about to release the NEET 2020 result anytime soon on the official website ntaneet.nic.in. The steps to download the NEET result 2020 pdf given below. Candidates can go follow the below-mentioned steps and download the NEET results.

Step 1 - Visit the official website of NTA NEET 2020 (ntaneet.nic.in)

Step 2 - Click on ‘View NEET UG Result 2020’

As per the NTA officials, the result of NEET UG 2020 should be downloaded up to 90 days after the declaration of the result. As the NEET 2020 result will be declaring today, by calculating the dates the tentative date of downloading the result from ntaneet.nic.in is January 10, 2021.

NEET Result 2020 - Separate All India Rank for state counselling and AIQ

NTA will release the NEET 2020 result shortly. In the NEET result pdf, candidates will be given their All India NEET rank as well as the NEET rank for All India quota and counselling.

The AIR for AIQ counseling will be used for the all India seat allotment process which is for 15% of the seats in Govt colleges, 100% seats in Deemed and Central universities as well as seats in ESIC institutes and AFMC Pune. This year on, all the seats in AIIMs and JIPMER will also be part of the All India process on the basis of the NEET result 2020.

The AIR (non AIQ) will be shared with the respective state medical councils to process for admissions to the 85% seats in Govt institutes and 100% of seats in state private colleges and universities.

Alert against fake NTA agents for NEET 2020 admission

Ahead of NEET 2020 results declaration, NTA has issued an alert notice some agents posing as agency staff or representatives have called up the medical aspirants and given them a false assurance for admission in medical colleges through unfair means. NTA has strictly called them ‘unscrupulous elements’. and advised students not to trust over them as NEET UG 2020 is a single medium to get medical admission.

No official confirmation for NEET 2020 phase 2

While reports are coming in of chances of NEET phase 2 for COVID positive candidates who could not appear for the exam, there is no official confirmation on this.
